Tact switch is an electronic switch, which belongs to the category of electronic components. Tact switches have the advantages of small contact resistance load, accurate operating force error, and diversified specifications, and are widely used in electronic equipment and white goods.

The structure of the tact switch can be mainly divided into five parts: cover plate, button, shrapnel, base, and pin. Among them, the button refers to the place where the external force is applied; the shrapnel is the key component of the tact switch, and the switch is turned on and off by the shrapnel. Caused by the change of force; the pin refers to the connection between the tact switch and the circuit, generally five pins, in two groups, and one pin is used for grounding. When the switch is correctly stressed, When the four pins are connected to each other, the circuit is turned on, but when the switch does not have the correct external force to exert pressure on it, the four pins are not connected in two groups, so that the circuit is in a disconnected state.
